Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Open and drain each can of beans.
- chop onion, green pepper, and celery.
- Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add all beans and vegetables to marinade mixture and chill overnight.
Notes:
- If you want Fred to eat some, leave the garbanzos out.
- My mom and I were the only ones in the family that ate this… We really like it!
