Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb margarine
- 1 qt peanut butter
- 2 boxes powdered sugar
- 3 small bags chocolate chips
- paraffin wax
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat melt margarine.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Add powdered sugar a little at a time until mixed well.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Shape into marble sized balls and place on a buttered cookie sheet.
- Chill overnight.
- Melt Chocolate chips and paraffin wax in top of a double boiler.
- Dip chilled peanut butter balls in melted chocolate until completely coated and place back on cookie sheet.
- make sure the peanut butter balls don’t touch.
- Chill overnight
- Makes Approximately 100 balls.
